It takes the once complicated task of shaft alignment and simplifies it by giving accurate and exact recommended movements at the feet of the machine to be aligned. Thus saving countless hours of "trial and error" alignment. You can perform both the "Rim/Face" method as well as the "Reverse Indicator" method with the same hardware.
